Privacy policy
This page explains what data we collect on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights. Yomara Technologies complies with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data.

Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), service and message.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are processed in the WhatsApp app, under its own terms.
- Site language: to show French or English automatically, your IP address is sent to a location service (country.is or ipwho.is) that returns only your country. Only that country is remembered, for 30 days.
- Visit statistics: if you accept them in the cookie banner, audience measurement tools (Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) record technical information about your visit: pages viewed, duration, device type, country.
Why we use it
- To answer your requests, prepare quotes and follow up on your orders.
- To improve the site using visit statistics, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention
Messages and contact details are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Statistics data are kept according to the settings of the tools concerned, for up to 14 months.
Who receives it
Only the Yomara Technologies team can access your data. The site is hosted by o2switch in France. Statistics tools, if accepted, are provided by Google and Microsoft.
Cookies
The site uses cookies needed for it to work (for example to remember your language or theme). Statistics cookies are only set after you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to yomaratechnologies@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact ARTCI, the Ivorian data protection authority.
